On Monday, the nineteenth day, the three chariots builders arrived at the Rathakhala before 8.00 am and started the construction work under the guidance of the chief Vishwakarma Sevak. On the holy Bhanuri Tithi, the Chak Akha Dera Nitī is observed as per tradition. The wheel of the Nandighosha Rath of Lord Jagannath, the Taladhwaja Rath of Lord Balabhadra and the Dwarka Dalana Rath of Devi Subhadra were connected to the axles. Today, the Chak Dera Nitti was completed by performing the Jaalamal of the Deity from the temple and performing the puja.

After the morning sun of the Mahaprabhu, the Jaalamal of the three Thakurs was connected from the Ratna Sanshana at 12:05 PM and reached Srinagar at 12:15 PM. At 12:16 PM, the Bhoi servants of the Taladhwaja Rath under the supervision of Bhoi Sardar Ravi Bhoi connected the wheel of the Taladhwaja Rath to the axles.

The wheel and axle of the Nandighosha chariot were connected at 12.18 minutes and the wheel and axle of Goddess Subhadra were connected at 12.20 minutes. After this, the Taladhwaja chariot wheel was connected at the end by the three Pujapanda Samantas at 12.25 minutes, the wheel and axle of the Nandighosha chariot wheel was connected at the end at 12.30 minutes and the wheel and axle of the Dharbargalan chariot wheel was connected at the end at 12.35 minutes.

After removing the garlands of the deities from the Ratnasinghasan of the temple, the procession of the Badathakur's chariot, the chariot of the Goddess Subhadra, the chariot of the Goddess Gopabandhu, and the chariot of the Lord Jagannath, the chariot of the Lord Vishwanath, came to the chariot of the Lord Jagannath and completed the garlands of the wheels of the three chariots on Bhanuri Tithi. On Bhanuri Tithi, according to the tradition, the construction work in the chariot shed is stopped. The servants who built the three chariots continued the construction of the chariots in the chariot shed until the noon break. By the end of the work, a total of 26 wheels of the three chariots have been completed.

Six wheels of the Taladhwaja chariot have been completed till today, and the three wheels have been connected to the Tumba Singada and the three wheels have been made, and after the construction of three wheels, the construction of nine wheels has been completed as of today. Six wheels of the Dwarka Dalan Rath were completed yesterday, and two more wheels were completed, and eight wheels were completed by Monday. Similarly, seven wheels of the Nandighosha Rath were completed, and two more wheels were completed today, making a total of nine wheels.
