The meeting discussed the 2047 roadmap, which aims to make India a developed nation by 2047. The theme of this time's NITI Aayog meeting is - "Developed India for Developed States by 2024". It has been reported that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and the Chief Ministers of some other states are absent from this meeting.
