Jagneshwar Dandapat Appointed In Charge VC Of Utkal University: Odisha Governor and Vice Chancellor of the state university Dr. Haribabu Kambhampati has appointed Professor Jagneshwar Dandapat as the new acting Vice Chancellor of Utkal University with immediate effect from Tuesday. The appointment has been confirmed in a notification issued by the Governor's House.
